Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing a full range of accounting duties;
• Coordinate audits and taxation reporting works (including its subsidiaries and jointly-controlled entity);
• Manage daily accounting operations and deal with matters on licensed corporations registered with SFC;
• Develop and maintain financial policies and improve internal controls;
• Perform monthly consolidation, financial reporting and management accounting for the Group and subsidiaries;
• Responsible for annual budgeting, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with a major in accounting or finance, and possessed qualified accountant / professional qualifications;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, gained from Asset Management firms/ Big 4 is preferred, but not essential;
• Solid and in-depth knowledge in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (including Financial Resources Rules), regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities;
• Experience in Funds Management, Asset Management or Private Equity industry is highly preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
