Major Job duties:

• Review and prepare legal/regulatory documents, reports, manuals and contracts
• Research of Hong Kong legal cases and Hong Kong Laws
• Formulate Risk Management Rules
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
• Assist in training program
• Maintain and update various records
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law or equivalent, preferably a qualified lawyer
• 2 year relevant experience will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediately available is preferred
