This is a position that oversees and is ultimately responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of property and portfolio data to key stakeholders, including company executives and investors.  The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong analytical skills to conduct market research and financial analysis to support the company’s strategic decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the daily activity of US residential real estate and perform site research, in-depth market analysis to uncover trends, patterns of interest;
• Assist in sourcing real estate opportunities i.e. land or portfolio acquisition in the USA;
• Conduct financial and investment return analysis, including sensitivity analysis and investor projections for pre-development and operating projects;
• Conduct feasibility study of property development & valuation;
• Conduct investment project due diligence;
• Collect, manipulate and analyze large data sets from third party sources;
• Develop materials to translate analysis and insights into meaningful presentation to deliver to market i.e. business plan or investment proposal;
• Completion of summary financial reports;
• Collaboration with the company executives and various internal departments in forecasting cash needs to ensure adequate liquidity and maximize portfolio distributions;
• Assist in general business development activities and marketing materials;
• Ad hoc reporting for executives and investors, as requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Finance and Accounting or delated discipline is preferred;
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience, with 2+ years’ experience in real estate financial analysis and modeling;
• Foundational analytical skills, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; with experience using those skills to leverage data and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations;
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
