Primary purpose of the position:

Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable and month end closing.

Tasks include:

• Closing of accounts every month end
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial report
• Perform bank reconciliation and inter-company reconciliation, book JV and contribute to MIS report
• Calculate, check and verify sales commission and staff claims
• Ensure invoices are issued on time
• Assist with recovery of outstanding payments
• Update creditor invoice in GP
• Prepare payment for creditor
• Prepare weekly AR report
• Prepare weekly cash flow report
• Assist in preparing tax and audit schedule

Ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• 5 years of experience handling full set of accounts
• Good analytical skills
• Able to work under preassure
