GroupM Hong Kong is looking for an Assistant Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer (Account Receivable) with experience to handle billing and AR functions of the media agency and the shared-services functions of the group.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the Senior Accountant

Responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible for of Billings and Accounts Receivables
• Monitor media accrual and Accounts Receivables aging
• Work closely with operation department and vendors to prepare monthly reconciliations
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary

What you will need:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or other related discipline
• 1 year or above experience in accounting
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivate and can work under pressure
• Immediately available preferable
