Our client is a trading firm with manufacturing in China. They are now seeking an Accounting Clerk / Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting function including data input, vouchers and checks preparation.
• Reconcile daily sales transactions, prepare sales report
• Perform Invoice checking and filing
• Handle petty cash & expenses reimbursements.
• Perform other ad hoc or outdoor duties when required.
• Assist in any ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, with LCC Higher Certificate or above
• 2 year experience in Account field in Trading / China Manufacturing Company
• Hands-on experience in Daceasy accounting system is an added advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Familiar with PRC accounting and taxation standard will be an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
