Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of books, consolidation of accounts and taxation independently
• Handle daily general accounting duties, data entry and filing
• Coordinate accounting functions for the inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Monitor and control cash flow movement
• Responsible for monitoring the ERP system
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needed

Requirements:

• University graduates in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in fitness center or retail service industry
• Familiar with Quick Book system is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel for data manipulation
• Strong attention to detail, well-organized and ability to work on own as well as part of a team
• Immediate available is preferred
