Responsibilities:

• Sales invoice issuing
• Receipt checking
• Expenditure invoice examination, Payment application
• Timely Bookkeeping and Management accounts provision
• Payroll and MPF submission
• Intercompany booking and reconciliation
• Prepare monthly management accounting report
• Assistance in annual audit and other statutory auditing
• External communication with clients, suppliers, bank, auditor and etc
• Perpare annual budget
• Prepare taxation duties and report to IRD
• Procurement of Employees' Compensation Insurance 
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 4+ years accounting experience preferably in service industry
• Diploma in Accounting with LCC Level II or above
• Expert in MYOB PremierPlus
• Proficient with Hong Kong accounting regulations
• Good knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook and etc
• Ability to communicate in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to details, desire and capacity to learn.
• A high level of integrity and positive working attitude
• Management directives following
• Immediate availability is preferred
