As as a member of the Accounting Department, you are required to support and assist in routine accounting functions including AP / AR, monthly financial reports, handle correspondences and sensitive information AND is deployed to provide project accounting duties to our initiatives for agricultural project which includes

• analyze project contracts and assist in the development and administration of project budgets
• monitor and document the financial status, prepare accounting reports, investigate variances, approve expenses and verify project revenue and expenditures
• coordinate with different stakeholders to measure project performance for profitability and cost efficiency
• provide administrative support to project team members to ensure the progression of the project and portfolios meeting deadlines of related financial reporting activities
• you may be required to work flexi-time, perform outdoor work and undertake fieldwork

Requirement

• University graduate with accounting background and not less than 3 years costing management experience
• Good computer knowledge and well-versed in MS Word and Excel
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and speaking of Putonghua is definitely an asset
• Excellent time management with a proactive disposition and always prepared to offer services to both internal / external customers
