Reporting to the Head of Steering & Control, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the AR finance operations matters including billing, settlement and credit control
• Liaise and troubleshoot with internal and external parties on all invoicing related matters
• Overdue AR monitoring and following up
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
• Site window with Regional on Legal/Compliance and Corporate Secretarial matters
• Other projects as assigned

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

• Must have a Degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualification in accountancy
• Must be a member of HKICPA or equivalent
• 8 years relevant working experience (including handling mini projects) of which at least 2 years in external audit in big 4 CPA is an advantage
• Excellent business sense, critical and analytical attitude, with ability to act as advisor to local management
• Able to work flexibly in a dynamic and diverse environment, works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge and experience in using SAP would be an added advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
• Immediate availability preferred
