Key responsibilities

• Independently handle full set of accounts for a Government subsidized project
• Produce accurate and timely reports and forecast according to Government requirements/guidelines
• Assist Project Manager in drawing up and monitoring the budget according to Government requirements/guidelines
• Support annual audit
• Handle staff monthly payroll
• Handle reimbursement to the project’s stakeholders
• Handle other duties and ad hoc assignments related to the project as and when required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accountancy with LCCI Level 3 or above
• At least three years’ solid experience in handling full sets of accounts and financial statement, preferably with experience in handling accounts of projects subsidized by Government funding
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and accounting software Peachtree 2012
• Proficiency in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, at least Grade E or above (or Level 2 or above) in the HKCEE
• Independent, well-organised, analytical, good interpersonal skill, and able to meet tight schedule
• Willing to work overtime
• Working experience in NGO sectors is an advantage
• Immediately available preferred
