Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and perform analysis on key KPIs.
• Determine when KPIs are out of acceptable tolerance, determine root causes, and identify unfavourable trends.
• Distribute timely reports to appropriate stakeholders with comprehensive communication Track and facilitate the completion of actions needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support collaborative action working directly with analysts and managers to design, develop, and perform analysis on supply chain metrics and processes.
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of end to end supply chain components including forecasting, planning, master data management, operations.
• Utilize knowledge to support analysis and develop recommendations based on business needs within categories products.
• Analyze and make recommendations on system enhancements, and/or the development of new of supply chain capabilities (processes, systems, and monitoring).
• Ensure reliability and consistency in system.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. 
• Previously worked in logistics providers or forwarders is preferrable.
• Fresh graduates with high potential will be considered.
• High level skill in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Macro, Functions).
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Access (designing and creating simple queries, working with required fields and/or creating labels).
• Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (applying a theme, inserting a picture, customizing slide numbers).
• Experience building queries with Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Experience in forecasting and planning 
• Experience with distribution/supply operations
• Willing to leverage the use of information systems and develop new tools.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Well organized to prioritize projects and process multiple tasks.
