Responsibilities

Supervise Office Cash and Bank Book, handle staff cash advance and control expenses, and following up the tenancy agreement in China side, calculating staff salary in china side, and handling china tax affairs.

• Check full set shipping document, then send document to banker, and track customer’s payment and check purchase order.
• Responsible full spectrum of Human Resources, and Administrative work in China and Hong Kong.
• Assist to develop and implement Admin & HR policies and procedures in China

Requirements

• Degree/ High Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 3- 4 years relevant experience.
• Well versed in China Labor Ordinance and all other related legislation in china in administrative field.
• A team player with positive work attitude and well-organised, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to deal with people at all level
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Willing to travel Hong Kong and China.
• Immediate or short notice is highly preferable
• Alternative 5 days’ work
