Responsibilities 職責:

• Handle the overall financial planning, cost accounting, budgeting, tax issues, financial consolidation and reporting for the Group, its subsidiaries and associate companies
• 處理本集團及其子公司及聯營公司的財務總體規劃、成本核算、預算編制、稅務事項、財務合併及報告
• Ensure compliance with the Group's financial reporting policies and local regulations and guidelines
• 確保遵守本集團的財務報告政策和當地法規和準則
• Provide professional advice and practical solutions to top management
• 為高層管理人員提供專業的諮詢和實際解決方案
• Handle full sets of account and month/year end closing for the Group, its subsidiaries and associate companies
• 處理本集團及其子公司及聯營公司的全套帳目及月/年末運算
• Prepare daily and monthly FRR returns
• 準備每日和每月FRR報告
• Perform daily client money segregation according to SFO requirements
• 根據“證券及期貨條例”要求執行日常客戶資金隔離
• Conduct and monitor daily cash flow and FX conversion
• 開展和監督日常現金流和外匯轉換
• Prepare daily reconciliation and day-end closing
• 準備每日核帳和日末結算
• Assist in performing payroll, staff allowances, expenses as required
• 按要求處理工資、工作人員津貼和費用事宜
• Support and ensure the completion of annual financial audit and tax return
• 支持並確保年度財務審計和報稅表的完成
• Liaise with internal / external parties on accounting, finance and company secretary matters
• 負責與會計、財務和公司秘書事務相關的對內 / 對外聯絡工作
• Perform ad hoc projects as required
• 按要求執行突發事項

Requirements 要求:

• University degree holder majoring in accounting or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as CPA/ACCA or equivalent
• 具有會計或相關學科專業的大學學位，具有專業會計師資格，如CPA / ACCA或同等學歷
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience with securities firm (Type 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9) or sizable financial institution preferred
• 最少4年會計經驗，於證券公司（第1、2、4、5和9類）或具規模的金融機構的經驗優先
• Thorough understanding of PRC culture and customs, mainland background will be considered with priority
• 全面了解國內文化和習俗，大陸背景優先
• Well acquired with Hong Kong accounting and tax systems
• 具備香港的會計及稅收制度知識
• Experience in securities accounting, FRR and SFC preparation is an advantage
• 具有證券會計、FRR和SFC報表經驗優先
• Strong knowledge of SFC regulations, SFO and HKEx regulations
• 認識證監會條例、“證券及期貨條例”及“香港交易所條例＂
• Familiar with accounting system software, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• 熟悉會計系統軟件、MS Excel和中文文字處理
• Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong problem solving skills with good interpersonal and communication skill
• 具有良好組織、自發性、細心及解決問題能力，良好的人際溝通能力
• Ability to work under pressure and prepare reports with high quality within tight deadlines
• 有能力在壓力下工作，在緊迫的期限內準備高質量的報告
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• 具備中英文書寫能力，操流利粵語、普通話和英語
