Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounts
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable, billing and collection
• Prepare and support month end closing for the companies in Hong Kong
• Perform monthly financial statements and analysis of financial data for management reporting purpose
• Perform business analysis, budget control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation forecasting
• Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Review and update inventory status to enhance cost efficiency
• Work closely with PRC offices to ensure local regulatory compliance and identify opportunities to reduce risks and improve operation efficiency
• Perform payroll calculation and maintain payroll data
• Perform administrative & HR duties as assigned
• Handle ad-hoc reports and project assignments
• Occasional travel to PRC is required

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 3-5 years or above relevant experience;
• Excellent knowledge in accounting standards and statutory regulations
• Excellent knowledge in MYOB is a must
• Good command of both English and Cantonese (Proficiency in Putonghua is an asset)
• Mature, well-organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
