  • Perform general accounting duties including data entry, payment preparation and accounts payable settlement
  • Liaise with vendors and/or relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
  • Prepare journal vouchers and assist in management reporting
  • Handle any finance related tasks to be assigned by supervisor from time to time
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines
  • 1 year working experience, preferably in accounts receivable or accounts payable, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Good command of both Chinese and English
  • Able to work in a team and individually with minimal supervision
  • Initiative, reliable, sense of confidentiality
  • Responsible, well organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
