Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts & shipping documents, delivery Management and custom declaration
• Preparation of products information for customers
• Data management including corresponding with company related 
• Office admin duties and outdoor working is necessary

Requirements:

• Min 2 years’ admin, accounts & shipping working experience Pref Pharmaceutical Trading
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
