Duties:

• General administrative affairs
• Provide administrative support including mailing and courier arrangements, updating and filing documents, maintenance of office equipment, ordering stationery and supplies, etc.
• Process data entry
• Perform simple of accounting work
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in business field or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in administrative work is preferred
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, patient, careful, detail-minded and able to multi-tasks
• Good PC skills, familiar with MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, English and Chinese Processing
