Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of routine accounting duties including handling full set of accounts, data input, daily payments, receipt transaction and filing
• Prepare bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and monthly management accounts
• Prepare monthly reports and schedules
• Follow up outstanding AR/AP payments with internal/external parties
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment 

Requirements:

• LCC intermediate Level or above
• 1 or 2 years relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of computerized accounting software, preferably in MYOB
• Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail minded, initiative, responsible and organised
• Proactive, Self-motivated and independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
