We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Operation Assistant to help the daily operations of the platform. The detailed requirements and responsibilities are as follows,

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support
• Handle invoice, payment, reimbursements
• Keep office documents systematically and effectively
• Book keeping, summarize and prepare monthly expenditure reports
• Full support in accounting
• handle other office administration duties and assigned temporary tasks

Requirements:

• University graduate;
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
• Good command of written English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
• Proactive, organized, responsible, detail-oriented, fast-learner, passionate and enjoy challenges. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, cope with pressure and can work confidently on his/her own
• Able to grow with the team to propel the firm to a bigger platform.
