Responsibilities:

Responsible for full range of quantity surveying and contractual administration services, contract compliance and evaluations, etc. in property development projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Quantity Survey with MRICS/MHKIS/RPS or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in local building / property development
• Proficient in dealing with contractual issues with strong commercial / contractual sense and sound analytical mind
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, self-motivated, hard working, independent and pleasant personality with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer knowledge, familar with Chinese Word Processing and Excel.
