• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in financial accounting
• Responsible for perform periodic AR/AP statement reconciliation with inter company/agents/vendor/customers
• Liaise with inter company/agents/vendor/customers on invoicing matters to speed up collection and settlement
• Work with other functional teams to verify AR/AP transactions
• Post cost and record AR/AP settlement details into accounting system
• Prepare weekly AR/AP reports to give settlement update and analyse financial data to assist review of business performance
• Proficiency in computer skills, in particular MS Office Excel
• Independent, self-movtivated, capable of working under presure to meet deadlines
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
