On behalf of our client, a well-established garment manufacturer with production bases in mainland China and Southeast Asia, we are looking for a high calibre and experienced professional for this challenging position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the corporate tax function and ensure tax compliance for Group's entities located in HK and China
• Review and evaluate the tax position of the entities with the aim of minimizing the risk reduction of tax burden
• Maintain proper and necessary tax documentation and records according to legislative requirement
• Keep abreast of latest tax laws and regulations, assess the impact on the business operation and prepare contingency plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline, with professional qualification in tax/accounting
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in HK and PRC tax compliance and consultancy
• Experience in Big 4 is highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge in HK and PRC tax related laws and practices
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
• Overseas travel is required
