Responsibilities:

l    Assist in formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for 

   property projects

l Conduct market research and analysis

l Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics

l Liaise with business associate such as property agents, solicitors, advertising

   agencies to strive for the successful sales launch.

Requirements: 

l   Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or Real Estate

l  3 years’ working experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong

    Kong

l  Proactive and customer-oriented

l  Good communication and interpersonal skills

l      Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
