Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits in China and Asian countries
- Write and submit audit reports in timely manner
- Develop reasonable Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CoC Audit by providing necessary support and guidance
- Conduct ad hoc visits & projects
- Administrative and clerical support to the Team
Requirements:
- Degree holder, in Social Science or Accounting preferred
- At least 1-3 years CoC auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China and Asian countries
- SA8000 Lead Auditor is an absolute advantage
- Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental laws including China and Asian countries as well as CSR standards such as EICC & SA8000
- Problem-solver, able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure
- High degree of work ethics and integrity
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented & organized
- Independent and responsible as well as ability to work in a team
- Very frequent travel to China and Asian countries
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
