Our client is a market leader in the FMCG industry with headquarter located in the US. Due to the business expansion, they are currently hiring a M&A Manager, Finance for their regional head office in Hong Kong.

Key job duties

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will act as a Financial & Business Adviser to top management, responsible in identifying deal opportunities. You will act as project team leader partnering with regional stakeholders in performing financial due-diligence, business forecasting and modelling. You will take lead in liaising with external advisers during the diligence process. You will be responsible for the intelligence collection such as site visiting. 

Requirements

You should be a Bachelor degree holder in Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Engineering, preferably with a MBA. You will have a minimum of 10 years of significant experience working at multinational corporations with regional exposure. You should possess a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. You should be goal-orientated, self motivated and well organized. You should possess great interpersonal skills and a strong command in English.

Candidates with less experience would also be considered.
