Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain accurate records of A/R & A/P transactions;
• Process payments including T/T and cheques within expected time periods;
• Maintain complete records for debit notes & credit notes;
• Maintain accurate data input in accounting system;
• Handle and verify petty cash transactions for Hong Kong and China staff reimbursements; 
• Perform reconciliation of accounts;
• Assist in preparing accounting schedule;
• Assist in preparing audit schedule;
• Assist in stock report and coordinate with year-end stocktake;
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years working experience in Accounting field;
• Familiarity with accounting software/application;
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Be pleasant, self-motivated, responsible, reliable, systematic and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediately available is preferred.
