Major responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks including expense claims and sales invoice issuance, prepare weekly sales reports and statement, reconciliation of inter-company accounts and maintain accounts schedules.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, wires, and inter-company account transfers;
• Conduct cash monitoring and bank management;
• Prepare monthly financial analyses and consolidate financial performance;
• Assist in some ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ working experience in accounting field
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must 
• Ability to fulfill responsibilities independently within a team work environment
• Self-motivated, well-organized, attentive to details and strong sense of responsibility
