Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling and preparing accounting vouchers & journals;
• Assist in handling monthly closing and accounting reports;
• Handle daily cheque issuance, bank reconciliation and general ledger;
• Provide administrative and accounting support to team in managing daily operation and accounting functions;
• Handle clerical duties, filing and ad-hoc assignments;
• Assist in reviewing on boarding related forms and documents

Requirements:

• Immediate available is preferred;
• Diploma or above with LCC Intermediate or Higher Certificate or equivalent; 
• Minimum 2 years of accounting and administrative experience is an advantage;
• Self-initiated, well-organized, responsible, detail-minded and hardworking;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
• Proficiency in use of MS office, and Chinese word processing;
• Familiar with experience in computerized accounting system is an advance
