Job Description:

• Assist Property Manager to monitor the day to day operations, liaison, administration and handling documents;
• Knowledge in monitoring the working performance of security team, technicial team, cleaning team; tendering and contracting is an advantage;
• Handle clients’ enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents;
• Perform ad hoc project assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder of Property Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in property management, preferably with experience in commercial building;
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance;
• Good leadership abilities with integrity and passion for excellence;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Immediate availability is preferred

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Post of Property Officer)
