Job description:

• Handle bookkeeping, prepare monthly financial statements and keep accounting record in a proper manner for tax filing
• Responsible for daily operation of Hong Kong office, maintain records, filing and handle details of highly confidential matters properly
• Follow up appropriately on clients’ requests with internal and external parties
• Act as back up to provide secretarial support in business related matters to the Manager when needed

Requirement:

• Hong Kong resident
• F7 above or Diploma holder of accounting or equivalent
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• High level of customer service orientation
• 2 years or above working experience in accounting
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing

Job Offer：

• Salary: HKD 15,000～25,000/month, depend on your experience and ability
• Double pay
• Five-day work week & Working hours: 09：00～13：00，14：00～18：00

• 五天工作制，工作时间：09：00～13：00，14：00～18：00。
