On behalf of a newly setup business entity, we are inviting experienced candidates to join the company to set up the accounting and operation functions.

Responsibilities

• Report to Business Owner
• Handle full set of books, bank reconciliation, cash flow and month-end reports
• Consolidate the monthly financial and management reports in a timely basis
• Manage revenue and costs reconciliations
• Handle month-end closing procedures, tax filling and taxation related issues, internal control, budgeting and forecasting, coordination with auditors
• Reconciliation of ledger accounts of different subsidiaries
• Handle billing, debt collection, bank payments and transactions
• Prepare supporting schedules for substantiation of general ledger balances
• Identify business and control issues with recommendation for improvements
• Handle other administration work for smooth office operation

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting with LCCI intermediate level or above
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience in commercial sector
• Experience in handling full set of books and other financial reports
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese input
• Fluent Mandarin.  Chinese correspondence is a MUST
• Mature. Independent and possess a strong sense of ownership.
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for a more senior position
