• Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, tax reports and variances analysis as required;
• Checking all accounting documents such as payable and receivable, payment voucher, receipt voucher, purchase order, assets listing and etc;
• Maintain a general ledger that corresponds with Hong Kong regulations;
• Ensuring all revenue/sales & expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner and explainable;
• Follow up other requirements from Tax Bureau and accounting standard.
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Have a minimum of 3 years accounting experience;
• Good at English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
• Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;
• Reliable and trust worthy, pleasant manner;
• Careful, detail oriented, honest, diligent, devoted to work.
