Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our young and dynamic team. We are headquartered in Hong Kong.  We have a business presence in Hong Kong, USA, EU, Canada, China and Philippines.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accountant will be mainly responsible to:

-        Handle daily account payable functions

-        Prepare A/P vouchers record with invoices and receipts

-        Process staff expense reimbursement claims and update pretty cash register

-        Reconcile company credit card statements

-        Maintain a proper record of all monthly payments and subscriptions

-        Keep up-to-date fixed assets register

-        Handle partial sets of bookkeeping

-        Support some admin and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

-        Associate Degree holder or above in accounting

-        3 years of relevant working experience preferred

-        Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)

-        Team player with positive attitude, willing to learn and strive for continuous development

-        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
