Responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting tasks for AP function
• Prepare payments in an orderly manner
• Process invoices and liaise with vendors
• Prepare vouchers for prepayment/accruals
• Assist in month end closing and management reporting
• Assist in ad hoc projects when needed

Requirements

• Diploma/degree in Accounts / Finance or relevant discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ solid accounting working experience, preferable in a sizable organization
• Familiar with accounting system, knowledge in Sun Accounting Systems is preferable
• Details oriented, strong analytical skills, independent and take initiatives
• Able to handle multi-tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communications skills (in both English & Chinese)
• Good at using MS Word & Excel

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Assistant.
