Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties, including bank reconciliation, handle inter-companies transactions, payment and data entry, book-keeping, filling, etc.
• Prepare month-end closing and reports
• Prepare financial analysis to support management decisions
• Perform ad hoc duties

Requirements :

• Form 7 or above
• LCCI level II or above 
• Minimum 2 years working experience and handle full set accounts independently, preferably in the property management
• With experience in Sun Systems will be an advantage
• hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office or other computer software
• Work independent, self-motivation, sense of responsibility and hardworking
• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferable
