Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, bookkeeping and manage daily finance operation independently;
• Manage and handle office accounting and admin duties: e.g. invoice, receipt, payroll, bank reconciliations, staff records, etc.;
• Preparation of month end closing matters, including schedules preparation, ledgers and control accounts reconciliation;
• Liaises with external auditors and coordinate year-end audit requirements;
• Analyze and monitor projects’ progress and expenditures;
• Maintain proper filing system;
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required by Director

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Accounting, with LCCI Intermediate or higher level in accounting
• Minimum 6-7 years’ experience with knowledge in accounting is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Hardworking and able to work independently
• Willing and able to meet tight deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is preferable
