Responsibilities:

• Data input to accounting system, prepare journal vouchers and handle expenses claims;
• Maintain filing system and data images on accounting documents;
• Assist in preparing financial reports;
• Assist in preparing weekly payment of related companies;
• Liaise with auditors on annual audit;
• Liaise with external company secretary to ensure proper and timely filing;
• Perform other clerical duties upon request.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree/ Diploma in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent;
• Fresh graduates will be considered;
• Proficient in using MS Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint;
• Detail-minded with good communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
