• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, consolidated accounts and cash-flow statements
• Coordinate with banks for daily funding operations, arrange banking facilities in the Group
• Handle tax planning, risk management, provide timely information and recommendations to Senior Management
• Create and monitor an effective internal audit system
• Supervise accounting staffs in HK and China offices
• Manage relationship with relevant government officials
• Station in China 
• Handling ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements

• Min. 8 years solid Accounting experience in Manufacturing environment
• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation, customs, banking, legal and government regulations and practices.
• Experience in cost accounting, inventory control and good at business advice
• Strong analytical ability
• Strong time management skills, problem-solving skills, leading and team supervising skills
• Set up Kingdee accounting system and implementation
• Honesty and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
