Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide clerical support for the day-to-day routines;
- Prepare periodical HR reports and analysis (e.g. Monthly Staff List, Attendance, Leaves record and etc.);
- Maintain & update staff records and files;
- Provide all HR filing and mailing services;
- Handle Casual Staff Enrollment & Payment process;
- Responsible for accurate data management ;
- Handling stationery ordering and pantry supplies and stock keeping;
- Assist in organizing staff activities;
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year relevant experience in catering industry;
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, strong sense of commitment with "can do" attitude;
- Ablility to work under pressure in fast-paced operations;
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing);
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Self-motivation, detail minded and positive attitude towards pressure;
- Immediately available is an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English;
