Job Duties:

• Provide clerical support for the day-to-day routines;
• Prepare periodical HR reports and analysis (e.g. Monthly Staff List, Attendance, Leaves record and etc.);
• Maintain & update staff records and files;
• Provide all HR filing and mailing services;
• Handle Casual Staff Enrollment & Payment  process;
• Responsible for accurate data management ;
• Handling stationery ordering and pantry supplies and stock keeping;
• Assist in organizing staff activities;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant experience in catering industry;
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, strong sense of commitment with "can do" attitude;
• Ablility to work under pressure in fast-paced operations;
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing);
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivation, detail minded and positive attitude towards pressure;
• Immediately available is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English;
