Monthly Salary Range: HK$31,930 - HK$53,040                                                                         

Duties:  The appointee will take up leadership role in programme management, administration, development and teaching at certificate, higher diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.  The scope of duties includes programme design and development, course promotion and marketing, course teaching and delivery, day-to-day programme administration, co-ordination and liaison with universities, students, and teachers, and developing partnership with corporate and professional bodies. 

Requirements:  Candidates should possess at least a Master’s degree in a related discipline.  They should have strong leadership and supervisory skills, capability to manage resources effectively, strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).  Preference will be given to those with strong academic/professional background and relevant professional qualifications and membership.  Experience in programme management and validation will be a definite advantage.

Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review.  A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.  Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable.  The School also provides staff development opportunities.
