This position offers you opportunities to handle HR processes and requirements from different industries. A challenging yet interesting opening as compared to an in-house HR position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full recruitment cycles from manpower planning, candidate sourcing, selecting and offering, and new hire onboarding for clients from different industries
• Maintain and update records in candidate databases and source suitable candidates for clients
• Assist in formulating professional recruiting processes and strategies
• Assist in establishing partnerships with different sourcing channels (job boards, schools, job fairs, etc)
• Perform other HR generalist work as requested by supervisors if necessary

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on mass recruitment experience preferably gained from MNCs
• Strong account servicing skills with HR service firm experience being a big plus
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Proactive and professional attitudes with strong willingness to learn
• Willing to work in a startup environment and grow with the company with high flexibility
