Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage invoices and account payables (e.g. prepare routine payment, cheque deposit)
• Provide general operations and administration support
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned, including company activities and meetings, document preparation, etc.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in related Discipline 
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Able to work independently in an organized manner, detail-minded, willing to take initiative and proactive
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
