Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to designated Director(s).
- Handle confidential information and maintain proper filing system.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Carry out information research and analysis.
- Prepare correspondence and presentation materials.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors.
- Occasional outdoor work assignment is required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent with formal secretarial training.
- Over 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in sizable companies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizing skills, mature, independent and detail-minded.
- Self-motivated, tactful, hardworking and systematic.
- Good command of spoken & written English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
