Job Description

Overview of the job

The role will be working with the team to support and handling various aspects of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations for GroupM and the agencies.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the HR Manager.

Measure of success - 

In three months:

  • You will be familiar with the way of working in the team, company process and key responsibilities
  • You will start building good relationship with employees

 

In six months:

  • You will be able to pick up the tasks assigned well and manage it under minimal supervision
  • You will be able to work independently and make efficient communications as the key interface to employees

 

In 12 months:

  • You will be able to demonstrate full ownership of the key responsibilities assign and understand the full picture of HR operation

 

Responsibilities of the role::

  • Work in a team to support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection support, compensation and benefit scheme management, training and development coordination, employee relations 
  • Handle recruitment & selection process e.g. jobboard posting, sourcing, selection, interview
  • Prepare, review and issue employment contracts; responsible for new joiners on board logistics
  • Manage monthly payroll process, MPF and benefit administration, Taxation, work permit arrangement etc.
  • Maintain employees’ personal records, HR payroll tools, systems and intranet
  • Maintain good employee relations by giving timely response to employee’s query and provide necessary support
  • Ensure HR practice, policy and procedure comply with internal and statutory compliance requirement
  • compile regular and ad-hoc report and analysis

 

What you will need:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in handling all round HR function;
  • Well-organized, attentive to details and able to work multi-task independently
  • Responsible team player, mature with good interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in Employment, MPF & other HR related Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
