Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to sales teams 
• Handle email/ telephone calls and esquires from clients if necessary
• Prepare and update worksheets/ reports
• Perform Marketing tasks and organize events, with the support from our marketing agencies

Requirements:

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Marketing & admin experience preferred
• Basic knowledge in Photoshop/ AI is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• At least one year of experience
