Responsibilities

• Be the country HR Business Partner for Front Office and provide HR services including HR advice, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Management, Training & Development, C&B, Recruitment, Internal Mobility etc
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and on-boarding
• Collect market intelligence for compensation trend and labour market conditions
• Responsible for career management and employee relationship
• Propose and implement training and development plan. Select and recommend trainers. Follow up with feedback and evaluation post training

Requirements

• Min 10 years of HR generalist experience in corporate or investment banking business
• Good knowledge and exposure to HR best practices
• Strong communication skills and able to communicate with all levels
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
