Job Description

A LARGE GROUP is now looking for a high caliber for the subject position :-

 

Position 1  :   SALES EXECUTIVE (15 - 20K) 

Position 2  :   COORDINATOR (10 - 15K)/ CLERK (10 - 12K) x  few POSTS

 

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Project coordination
  • Communicate with headquarter, existing clients and sales team
  • Prepare various report and analysis
  • Responsible for follow up orders and sample development 
  • Contact clients for new items issues 
  • Coordinate with different internal departments on project development and program implementation

  

Job Requirements :  

  • F5 OR ABOVE 
  • For Position 1, Minimum 3 years MERCHANDISING / SALES EXECUTIVE experiences IN ANY ITEMS 
  • For Position 2, Minimun 1 year experience in clerical work
  • Solid experience in sales coordination, and/or account serving & order follow up
  • Quotation prepare
  • Experience in serving CUSTOMERS independently
  • Coordination with overseas clients in fluent English
  • Independent, mature and responsible
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English & Putonghua
