HR & Administration Officer

Responsibilities: 

• Day-to-day administration support to the operations of the HR function
• Responsible for HR related duties, including but not limited to compensation & benefits administration, leave administration, maintaining employee records, payroll operations etc.;
• Assist team members to organize company event and staff activities
• Provide administrative support to management as requested
• Application of different kinds of Visa, and arrange travel logistics for staff
• Participate in other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 5 years related experience in handling full spectrum of human resources administration.
• Well-versed in HK employment ordinance and Employee Compensation Ordinance
• Good command of both English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
• Mature, detail-minded, well organized, flexible with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime when need
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with more experience may consider as Senior HR & Administration Officer
