Job Responsibilities:

• Payroll including MPF and tax / social security withholdings and reportings for HK and China
• Managing staff enquiries across all levels, maintaining a high level of support to internal clients
• Orientation and on-boarding of new joiners and exit formalities for leavers
• Supporting employees under international mobility assignment
• Monitoring staff movement through HRIS system and preparing all necessary supporting documents, reports and org charts
• Streamlining and formalizing HR processes and policies in compliance with local regulations
• Partnering with the regional C&B team on ad hoc projects
• Preparing contractual documents through employment life cycle
• Enhancing communication initiatives towards staff including briefing sessions on benefit plans
• Participate in new HR system / payroll project 

Requirements & Competencies:

• University Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline, international education background would be bonus
• Minimum 3 years of Payroll / C&B related experience
• High sensitivity to figures and accuracy, data-oriented
• Excellent command of Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Suites, including MS Outlook
• Immediate available is highly preferred
